REFUND POLICY
We aim to solve a refund query within two-three working days, the solution will take in consideration the freshness of what flowers/plants can be offered and will be our Senior Florist discretion.
We accept same-day returns, only if the products are damaged or incorrect upon arrival.
Please notify us and return the products in their original packaging. In such instances, we will endeavor to send you another, refund the payment, or offer a credit note for future purchases. We can only accept the return of products that haven’t been tampered with or damaged due to the negligence of the customer.
Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within a few working days depending on the issuing bank of the credit card. Shipping and Handling fees are non-refundable.
